A Bit Of Good News (posted: 6/30/08)

I actually DID get the call from the lender today that I was supposed to get. He actually seemed to be a pretty nice guy. He asked me to get the name and number for the Georgia Department of Revenue representative for him so that he could help us obtain the the info. that we need in order to close on the house. I was very reassured by this. Hopefully, this will all work out after all.

Money is going to be very very tight over these next two weeks. So we really have to try not to spend anymore than we have to. It’s just a temporary thing…but it sure sucks nonetheless.

I will be anxious to see when I hear back from the lender. I want to see if HE can get anywhere with this whole process. In the meantime, we are still going to call ourselves and apply the pressure. Why oh why does it always have to be so difficult. Still, at least I have made some progress. More later.
